The Nonprofit Enterprise Center(NpEC) has a staff of experienced professionals who provide personal assistance through a variety of programs. Education is a major component of the NpEC. We believe that education is at the heart of a strong organization.

Workshops

Workshops are available to all community-based groups, individuals, businesses, and nonprofit organizations. They are designed to develop skills and understanding of concepts that typically strengthen organizations. Workshops allow professionals to work through exercises and share ideas about what has been successful among the varying participants. Various interactive and learning approaches as well as a wide variety of presenters are used to bring this information to the community. Workshop topics include fundraising, grant writing, board basics, strategic planning, and human resources.

Nonprofit Clinic

The NpEC offers a free nonprofit clinic to organizations seeking advice and information regarding nonprofit matters. In the past, the Clinic has responded to questions on fundraising, formation, Bylaws, grantwriting, and strategic planning. The objective is to help nonprofit organizations with any and all questions regarding their organization.
